Hotel Accommodations:

Once you’ve decided on a venue, consider that you may need a hotel room block for your out-of-town guests.  This is a courtesy and ensures that your guests know that there is a nearby place to stay after the wedding fun. Reach out to your choice of hotel properties and ask for a “Courtesy Room Block” for your wedding. Each person would be responsible for booking their accommodations. And, if everyone is staying at one hotel or two, it makes it easy for everyone to meet up for breakfast or brunch the morning after.
