Welcome to Graduate Tempe, an urban boutique with a vintage vibe located adjacent to Arizona State University and just minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Our lobby represents a classic Southwest Visitors Center celebrating the days of the road trip across the Southwest and adorned with a vintage collection of art highlighting Arizona! Enjoy a sophisticated stay as you lounge by our pool and hot tub while sipping a craft cocktail from the poolside Normal Café & Bar… then head out to lively Mill Avenue just a few blocks from the hotel to enjoy Tempe’s nightlife. Take in the sights of Tempe with a visit to Tempe Town Lake for kayaking and paddleboarding or the nearby urban mountain parks for hiking and a visit to The Desert Botanical Garden, all just minutes from the hotel!

Our 140 guestrooms feature a vintage vibe with nightstands resembling 1970’s stereo speakers and art prints designed to create a since of adventure while highlighting Arizona’s unique landscape! Enjoy original burlap artwork in each guestroom that we commissioned with ASU’s School of Art to recall the bohemian art movement of the late 1960’s while also celebrating the flour mill history of Tempe. All guestrooms feature private patios with retro themed furniture and panoramic views over Tempe. Enjoy plush bedding, comfy sitting chair, complimentary wi-fi, mini-fridge, and Malin + Goetz Toiletries.

Across the street from the hotel, take in the views of the famous Frank Lloyd Wright designed Gammage Memorial Auditorium with its distinctive welcome ramps meant to signify open arms to welcome guests to Arizona State University.
